Since its founding in 1976, the Chicanx/e and Latinx/e Studies Program (CLS) has been asking the questions that matter most: whose histories get told, whose communities get studied, and whose futures get imagined. Our faculty and students are producing groundbreaking research about Latinx communities and considering the barriers to Latinx peoples. Now more than ever, we invite you to invest in the future of Chicanx/e and Latinx/e Studies at UW–Madison and carry this vital scholarship into the next fifty years.
