Puerto Rican Studies in the Midwest and Beyond, Panel #1

This first panel in the “Latinx Studies in the Midwest and Beyond” series focuses on Chicago, including the educational experiences of Puerto Ricans in that city, relations between Puerto Ricans and Palestinians, and migration and immigration to the city. Speakers include Mirelsie Velazquez (U Illinois Urbana-Champaign), Sara Awartani (U Michigan), and Maura Toro-Morn (Illinois State U).
