Patrick Barrett was the Managing Director of the Havens-Wright Center f0r Social Justice, which is housed in the Department of Sociology, until his retirement. He also served as a faculty associate with the University’s Center for Latin American, Caribbean, and Iberian Studies. His research and teaching centers on history, politics, labor, empire, and migration in the Americas.
