Latinx Heritage Month Begins

The University’s annual Latinx Heritage Month begins this week with the “March Up Bascom,” organized by the Latinx Cultural Center, ChiLaCSA, and the CLS Program.  Students will meet at the bottom of Bascom Hill at 5pm on September 15th, and will march up to the top with the flags of many Latin American nations.  Activities continue through October under the theme “Amor y salud” (“Love and Health”).  See the Latinx Heritage Month site for details.  Congratulations are due to all the students and staff who have been working through the summer to prepare this series of events.
